In that letter Schiff said that Parnas's documents show that he was trying to arrange a meeting with Ukraine President Zelensky.
It's pretty clear that Schiff was deliberately lying.
The only unreacted part of the letter that Schiff sent Nadler had Parnas telling Rudy Giuliani:
trying to get us mr Z
Implying, according to Schiff, a meeting with Zelensky.
But a few days later an unreacted copy of the letter showed up which showed that Parnas wasn't referring to Zelensky but to Zlochevsky who is a founder of Burisma the company that paid Hunter Biden $3.1M in what appears to be protection money.
Schiff must have had an unredacted copy of the letter so this is clear proof that Schiff lied.
Which isn't surprising given that Schiff has a long history of lying:
- Schiff said he had evidence that Trump colluded with Russia: Mueller showed Schiff was lying
- Schiff said that the Steele dossier wasn't the basis for the FISA warrant used to spy on the Trump campaign: The IG showed that Schiff was lying
- Schiff deliberately misquoted Trump on multiple occasions
- Schiff deliberately lied about what Mulvaney testified to
As an interesting side note have you noticed how when a Democrat lies the #FakeNews media says it's a "mischaracterization" but when Trump gets a number wrong, and when the real number still supports his argument, the #FakeNews media calls it a lie?
