Bernie Sanders compares killing terrorists to killing dissidents

It's truly amazing; Trump has gotten the Democrats to come out in opposition to killing a terrorist leader, Soleimani, who has the blood of hundreds of Americans on his hands.

Here's what Bernie Sanders said:

. . . but this guy is, you know, was as bad as he was, an official of the Iranian government. And you unleash . . . then, if China does that, you know, if Russia does that. You know, Russia has been implicated under Putin with assassinating dissidents. So, once you're in the business of assassination, you unleash some very, very terrible forces. . . .

It takes a sick mind to compare Putin killing people protesting for freedom with Trump killing a terrorist mastermind whose business was killing innocent people to expand Iranian power.

But Bernie had no problem going there.

It used to be that Democrats recognized that while America wasn't perfect it was in fact better than the bad guys. That killing a Nazi or a terrorist was different than killing someone calling for freedom.

Apparently that's no longer the case.

The reality is that modern Democrat politicians care about one and only one thing; power over we the people.

They will do and say anything, including defending terrorists, if they think that it will get them elected so that they can tell us how to live.

Democrat politicians today are like their predecessors during the Civil War.  Back then Democrats said that Blacks were just not smart enough to run their own lives which is why they claimed that slavery was a good thing for Blacks.

Today Democrats have expanded their "mission" to include anyone who isn't one of the bi-coastal leftist elites no matter what their race.  To Democrats any lie any position is fine so long as it helps them get power over you, the power to tell you what to believe and how to live your life.
