Law Professor documents the history of Democrats threatening the Supreme Court

The #FakeNews media has already deep sixed Democrat Charles Schumer threatening Kavanaugh and Gorsuch if they didn't vote the way he wanted them to.

But Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George Washington University Jonathan Turley has documented a number of other instances where Democrats threatened, not criticized, the Court.

Before diving into that list it's important to note that no one is castigating Democrats for saying that they think that this or that Judge incorrectly interpreted the law; that's their right as Americans.

That's why Chief Justice Roberts didn't respond to Trump's comments. Trump was pointing out hyper partisan statements by Sotomayor and RBG; he didn't threaten them. Similarly Trump has disagreed with decisions made by the Court but he's never said or implied that there would be "consequences" for Judges who didn't vote his way.

What the Democrats are being held to task for is threatening the Judges.

Senators Durbin, Hirono, Gillibrand, Blumenthal, and Whitehouse, all Democrats, wrote a brief that threatened to pack the court with judges if the Court didn't rule the way that Democrats wanted.

Democrats are constantly saying that honest Judges who interpret the Constitution not make up the law are politically biased but that the dishonest Judges who push the Democrat agenda are all saints.

The simple reality is that Democrats are losing their minds over this because the entire Democrat social agenda has been pushed on the American people by the Supreme Court.

From coddling criminals, legalizing pornography, and legalizing abortion for any reason at any time to redefining marriage every Democrat position has been imposed by a few unelected Judges.

Without that tyranny of dishonest Judges Democrats will have to actually convince the American people in order to continue their attack on traditional values.

Being fascists at heart modern Democrat politicians think that we the people are too stupid to know what's good for us and hence that they, who are so much better than us, should be able to rule over us not represent us.
