To Democrats only a dishonest judge is a good judge

Several senior Democrats have effectively told the Supreme Court that unless they start making laws instead of interpreting them that they, the Senate Dems, will "restructure", ie pack the court with dishonest judges.

Of course these Democrats would be furious if the conservative judges started making up laws that conservatives liked, as would conservatives.  Democrats hate the law and they hate Democracy. That's why Democrats are all in favor of judges making up laws that Democrats can't pass through the traditional electoral process.

Every single major Democrat social agenda item has been imposed on we the people by dishonest judges.  Abortion, gay marriage, leniency for criminals, the effective legalization of libel, etc have all been forced on Americans by rich, mostly white mostly male, judges.

Given that the Framers opposed all of those things and that no judge thought that any of them were unconstitutional for over 100 years it's clear that there was no intent by the people to mandate them through the Constitution.

That's why the judges on the Court are left wing or right wing they're honest or dishonest.  An honest judge looks at a case in light of the law as written and the intent of the people who wrote the law.  A dishonest judge looks at a case and decides how they want it to end up and then they produce a miasmatic haze of words to "justify" their conclusion.

At the moment there is a slightly honest majority on the Supreme Court and that's unacceptable to Democrats. The Democrats anger is understandable.  Without a corrupt and dishonest Court none of the Democrats key social objectives, like abortion after birth, would be in place.

Essentially Democrats and the dishonest judges are tyrants whose power is being removed.
