The law doesn't apply to the left: DC Metro rules edition

It turns out that recently the DC Metro system has decided to not enforce the rules about not eating on trains.

But commuters weren't informed. One commuter, Natasha Tynes, spotted a DC Metro worker, who happened to be a Black woman, eating on a train.  She took a photo and posted it to Twitter after the Black women told her to "Worry about yourself".

To be fair it appears that the DC Metro had decided to no longer enforce rules against eating and spitting but hadn't told the public so the Metro worker probably thought that what she was doing was fine.

But of course Tynes didn't know that.

Now posting to Twitter was inappropriate but reporting the woman wasn't.  

The Left's subsequent vicious attacks on Tynes are more proof that in the minds of leftists the laws don't apply to them.  They cover that by clearly bogus claims of racism but the reality is that the Metro worker is a government employee which means that they are above the laws that restrict we the people.

If you had been eating on a train in violation of the rules and you told a Transit cop to "Worry about yourself" no one would view you as the victim.

If the Black woman had been a white man the left would have been commending Tynes for calling out his "White Privilege"; something that might have happened albeit to a lesser extent of the Black woman had been a white woman.

But the left and the #FakeNews media are going with the story that reporting a person for breaking the rules is racist if the person who is breaking the rules isn't white.  

If the left weren't racist, witness their lack of concern about thousands of Blacks being shot in Chicago each year, they'd be furious because accusing Tynes of racism for reporting a person, who happened to be Black, for breaking the rules is amazingly harmful for cases where real racism plays a role just as women who falsely allege rape do great damage to women who are raped.

Further just how racist is it to say that Black people are too whatever to be expected to follow the rules?  Tynes was saying that because a Black woman is just as smart competent and capable as a white man her breaking the rules was just as bad as a white man breaking the rules.  It's clear that the left's underlying logic is either that Blacks are incapable of being as civic minded as whites--clearly untrue and amazingly racist--or that Blacks because they tend to vote Democrat are above the law.

Racism is just a pejorative that the left has latched onto to cover their real belief; leftists, and Blacks who vote solidly Democrat are automatically assumed to be leftists by the left, are above the law. They can lie, cheat, and steal with impunity because in their own minds they are better than us.

That's why the same leftists who have been howling about Trump's imaginary collusion with Russia declare that Joe Biden's son getting $1.5 billion in business from the Chinese Communist government is of no interest.

The law in the minds of the left is a tool to oppress their political foes and a shield to protect them from having to pay for their crimes.
