While that's a fairly egregious mistake, on par with confusing Obama with LBJ, the real problem is that by declaring that foreign leaders, including May, are concerned about Trump he's hurting America's foreign policy and aiding and abetting foreign interference in our elections.
Think about it May, if she stays in office, will have to work with Trump for two more years; going on the record as having concerns about Trump will not help the US work with Britain.
Further it's considered poor form for leaders of one free country to express who they support for office in another free country.
Yet Biden, to advance his own selfish interests, had no problem breaking the confidence he had with May; assuming Biden isn't making the whole thing up.
As usual for Democrats Biden is putting his own interests ahead of the interests of we the people.
