Supreme Court torpedo's Democrats second article of impeachment

The Democrats second article of impeachment says that it's a high crime or misdemeanor for the President to exercise his personal and Presidential right to due process.

Essentially the Democrats are saying that since the whole impeachment is a sham designed to mollify their radical fascist base they couldn't wait for the Courts to decide if Trump was in fact allowed by executive privilege to keep certain people from testifying to Congress and to not reveal private information without a court order to do so.

But the Supreme Court has ruled that they will hear Trump's case.  That means that the justices on the Supreme Court think that Trump might actually win and hence that Trump's actions aren't criminal.  Now if Trump were to refuse to comply with an order by the Supreme Court, something he's never done, then the Democrats would have grounds for their second article of impeachment.  Given that the Supreme Court said that Trump's actions aren't obviously criminal Democrats trying to impeach him for those actions are clearly being dishonest.

Yet instead of dropping that article Democrats are moving forward with it.

This is a coup not an impeachment. Democrats are saying that if Hillary can't be president no one can.
