New York Times lies again?: Former Trump voter didn't vote for Trump

As part of its propaganda campaign to ensure that a Democrat wins the presidency in 2020 a few months ago the NYT published an article about a Trump voter who has changed his mind and is going to vote for a Democrat in 2020.

The only problem is that the NYT didn't bother to fact check their own article and so now, months later, they had to post a correction that in fact the voter didn't vote in 2016.

They say that the voter says that his feelings that are in the article are correct and the NYT seems to be saying that that's what matters.

Of course the obvious question is if this voter was willing to lie about voting why should we believe that he's not willing to lie about having hated Trump from the beginning?

A second obvious question is if the NYT didn't even bother to check if this random person they built an entire article around was telling the truth what else that we read in the NYT is total bovine animal excrement?

While the NYT may just be guilty of incompetence, bias, and stupidity the fact that they're leaving the article up even though it's been shown to be entirely incorrect shows us that to the NYT truth is whatever helps the Democrats.
