Nadler says that impeachment is about Democrats winning in 2020

The Constitution says that impeachment is about removing a President who has committed high crimes and misdemeanors.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
But now Democrat Jerry Nadler said:

Impeachment is not a punishment for past behavior.

That of course directly contradicts the Constitution that says that impeachment is about removing a President from office who has been convicted of crimes.

But it supports what Democrat Al Green said:

"I'm concerned if we don’t impeach this president, he will get re-elected."

Let what Green said sink in.  He's saying that we can't trust the democratic process, we can't trust American voters, Democrats have to prevent Trump from being President.

What Green is saying, what Nadler is saying is that they believe that Democrats have veto power over who we the people can elect to be President.  If Democrat politicians reject who we the people vote for they have the right to throw him out even if he's done nothing wrong.

Now that's fascism and tyranny.

Nadler and Green are being forced to expose their hatred of we the people, who they think they should rule over, because the Democrats haven't found any evidence that Trump has done anything wrong.

If they had found evidence they wouldn't have to keep deliberately misquoting Trump in order to make their case.

Similarly they wouldn't have to constantly act as though Hunter Biden getting $3.1 million from Burisma because his dad is Joe Biden and then Joe Biden ensuring that the investigation into Burisma was ended didn't stink to high Heaven.

The fact that they do continue to lie shows that this impeachment is Democrat politicians throwing a temper tantrum; if our gal can't be President no one can be President!
