Democrat censorship; State of the Union Address

Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the House, is saying that the President delay the State of the Union address until the partial government shutdown ends.

This is just one more example of Democrats trying to silence voices they don't like because they can't actually defend their extremist positions.

It's the Democrats who are holding the American people hostage in order to get their way not Trump. After all Nancy et al have already added $16B to the foreign aid budget so why not give Trump, and a large portion of the American people, the $5B for the wall?

Because the shutdown is the Democrats fault and the optics for them are very bad, Trump stayed in town over Christmas to negotiate while Democrats went home to party, the last thing Democrats want is for Trump to have a bully pulpit to talk to the American people without his words being distorted by the #FakeNews media.

Ask your friends why the Democrats are always so eager to silence speech they don't like if in fact Democrats can defend their policies rationally?
