Trump exercises his Presidential authority, often to revert the rules to what they were before Obama was enthroned, and some Democrat appointed judge declares that every Federal judge has to approve of everything Trump does otherwise Trump can't do it.
The somewhat useful Hot Air site--they're good conservatives in general but have a strong anti-Trump bias-- has the latest story.
You may recall that Trump enacted some reasonable reforms to the government by speeding up the process to fire government employees--though the new process is far more protective than what anyone has in the private sector--, by reducing the amount of taxpayer paid for time that union members can use for union business--that's right before Trump's order union officials who were government employee's were paid by taxpayers to work on union business; after the order they couldn't work more than 25% of their paid time on union business--, and by requiring the unions to pay for the use of government used offices.
But since leftists don't like those reforms--because government union works vote Democrat-- they are quite happy for the Judicial Branch to ignore separation of powers and become the de facto tyrants who run this country.
Government workers get paid more and have much better benefits than the average American worker. The average yearly government salary is $71,650--the average State government salary is $51,340--while the average salary in America is $44,568. Yet leftists tell us that those folks are oppressed and should be paid to do union business.
That's not right.
But whether you agree with that or not Trump has the right to make those changes. The dishonest judge says that the changes prevent the union from negotiating fairly with the government but that's simply untrue; all they do is say that the union has to use the money they get from their members to do union business rather than have the taxpayer pay so the that the union can use their dues money to help Democrat politicians.
If you let the Democrats win the House in November, much less the Senate, you can be sure that government workers will continue to make more money than you do, have better perks than you do--have you ever seen how many days government workers get off each year?--and better benefits than you do.
Which makes it look like they're the rulers and we're the ruled.
Which is exactly how leftists view the world; they are better than us and hence they shouldn't be constrained by the law or the Constitution.
That's right leftists are fascists at heart.
