Google loves China more than it loves the US?

Recently unpatriotic Google employees got Google to stop helping the military process surveillance video.

Now the US military has a long tradition of being willing to die to bring freedom to people in other countries ranging from Germany to Kuwait.

On the other hand the Chinese government has a history of mass murder of civilians, around 60,000,000 in the last century, and running over student protesters with tanks.

That’s why it will be interesting to see how Google responds to the recent concerns of some of its employees about the ethical basis for bringing a censored Google to China.

If Google decides that helping China oppress the Chinese people by denying them the truth is ok while helping the US military defend freedom is bad we’ll know who Google loves the most.
