Suing for a press pass

Ultraliberal Jim Acosta refused to turn the microphone over to the person who was trying to give the microphone to the next reporter.

As a result he was barred from the White House.

CNN is suing because they believe that if Jim Acosta can't be in the press corp it's a violation of his 1st Amendment rights.

What's interesting is that most reporters in America aren't allowed into the White House press corp which would mean, if we use CNN's reasoning, that the vast majority of American reporters are having their First Amendment rights violated every single day.

The reality of course is that Acosta and CNN believe that they own the White House because they're "resisting" or something.

Interestingly the left wing media was rather upset when the White House added conservative outlets to the Press Corp.  Undoubtedly the idea of someone other than the monolithically Democrat #FakeNews media being able to ask questions was anathema to the propagandists posing as reporters.
