Democrats don't understand the birds and the bees

In Georgia a bill to ban abortions after the unborn baby's heart starts beating is working its way through the legislative process. It makes sense since it's clear that a clump of cells wouldn't have a heartbeat.

Of course Democrats are incensed that people might want to cut back on the leading cause of death for Black Americans; abortion.

Stacey Abrams--potential Biden VP-- wrote that the bill was a "forced pregnancy bill...".  Apparently Abrams doesn't know about the birds and the bees.  Women aren't forced into being pregnant because they can't kill their unborn daughter.

Any woman contemplating abortion agreed to engage in a baby making act in the past--only around 1% of abortions are due to rape according to the PP affiliated Guttmacher institute so 99% of abortions occur in cases where the mother agreed to have sex--and abortion doesn't make her unpregnant anymore than giving birth does.  Abortion just makes her the mother of a dead child.

What Abrams might have been saying is that women who agreed to have sex would be forced to continue to be pregnant rather than be allowed to kill their daughters beating heart.

The reality is that abortion is about a mother killing her child because that child is perceived to be a burden and the mother thought that she could have sex without consequences.  Rather than endure the consequences of her freely chosen action she would rather kill her child.

It's time for society to stop lying about abortion and pressuring women to kill their children so that they can be used as sex objects by men without the men having to worry about possibly having to pay child support.
