How Black is Black enough?

Will Smith has been picked to play the father of two of the greatest women's tennis players of all time; Serena and Venus Williams.

Some people on the left are questioning the choice since Smith isn't as darkly complected as the two tennis champions.

This shows the insanity of the left.

I was friends with a light complected Black engineer at an aerospace company.  His facial structure was such that if you didn't see his hair, which was curly, you'd think that he was someone of Mediterranean descent not a Black.

He was a great guy. He told me about how when he moved into Silicon valley, it must have been the 60s or 70s, his neighbors made it clear they didn't want him around.  But within a year they elected him block captain to go take their case to the local government about something the city wanted to do.

But that same man told me that he was driving cross country and it was late and raining and he went into a motel with a hat on trying to pass for white so he could get a room for him and his wife.  He was told that they didn't serve his type there.

The point is that clearly Will Smith is obviously Black which means he suffers from whatever racial discrimination there is in America. But if he can't pass for white and hence is exposed to discrimination shouldn't that make him Black enough for the left?

The reality is that Democrats don't care about Blacks, if they did they wouldn't say nothing about the thousands of Blacks shot in Democrat run Chicago each year, but they do care about making Blacks feel persecuted and about ensuring poor race relations because the path Democrats are mapping to power requires Americans to be divided not united.
