What's interesting is that Reid Epstein saw the records that showed that Warren was lying and didn't report on them. While he was working at the WSJ when he found the records back in April he moved to the NYT in the same month.
When the NYT was questioned about why the story wasn't reported they said that the records were "inclusive" and more sourcing was needed.
Given that the records showed that Warren had in fact been offered a contract for another year of teaching it's hard to see how more conclusively they could have rebutted Warren's claim that she was fired.
Interestingly Epstein wrote several pieces about the subject none of which mentioned the records which showed that Warren was lying.
Bizarrely the NYT said the they didn't feel comfortable publishing the records because they might not fully explain the circumstances. This from a paper that published lie after lie about Trump based on anonymous sources.
That the NYT was protecting Warren was obvious. If they'd done a little bit of digging they'd have found this quote from Warren from 2007:
She clearly and unequivocally says that she wasn't fired but that she quit. That in conjunction with the records the NYT was aware of demonstrated that she was lying.
Remember this whenever you hear anything from the NYTs; they lie all the time to protect Democrats.
