Adam Schiff is using the circular sourcing lie again

The dishonest FBI cited news stories as confirmation of parts of the Steele dossier.  It turned out that the reporter who wrote those stories did so based on information given to him by Steele.

It's an old con; try and make a Big Lie look credible by pretending there are independent sources.

Well Adam Schiff lies lying so much he's using the same scam on us.

Republican Jim Jorden asked Vindman who else he told about the Ukraine telephone call.  Adam Schiff, who says he doesn't know who the "whistleblower" is, told Vindman to not answer the question because they didn't want to reveal the "whistleblower".

Jorden then made the obvious question; if Adam Schiff  doesn't know who the "whistleblower" is how can he know that it was the person that Vindman leaked to?

There are multiple reasons that Schiff wants the "whistleblower's" identity kept secret but in this case what he wants is to be able to pretend that Vindman and the "whistleblower" are independent sources when in fact the "whistleblower" is just repeating what Vindman told him.

Given that Vindman has been unable to actually identify any criminal act but he has verified the accuracy of the transcript that shows that Trump did nothing wrong it's also obvious that Schiff can't reveal that the "whistleblower" has nothing.
