Judge orders Trump to not enforce the law

A judge recently ordered Trump to continue Obama's DACA program.

The DACA program is basically not enforcing US immigration laws on millions of illegal aliens.  Obama himself admitted on numerous occasions that the President didn't have the power to do that. Right up till when he did it.

Congress has been unwilling to pass a bill that would change immigration laws so as to make DACA legal.

So what that judge did was to order the President to not enforce a law which has been found to be Constitutional.

By doing so the judge is saying that he can overrule the Congress and the Constitution and demand that a co-equal branch of government to do what the judge wants.

If this stands it means that unelected judges have complete power over the people. No longer will they be limited to declaring that a law was unConstitutional but under the new standard they can eliminate laws they don't like and impose laws that they do like no matter what the people's representatives say.
