Killing unborn girls because the mother wants a boy may be becoming common in America

There is no indication that sex selection abortions, which almost always result in the execution of a girl, are having a massive impact on American's in general.

However certain ethnic subpopulations are showing clear signs of significant numbers of sex selection abortions.

Here's the plot of the number of boys born for every 100 girls who are born.

Throughout human history there have generally been between 103 and 105 boys born for every 100 girls.

Obviously there are variations but remember that if say 10% of Asian Americans had a sex selection abortion and we assume that without sex selection abortions the value would be 106 then the value with sex selection abortions would be 116.

To get from 106 to 108 only 1.8% of Asian pregnancies would have end with a sex selection abortion.

When we look at various subgroups we see much more pronounced effects.

For example foreign born ethnic Chinese mothers had a ratio of 110.

Another way to see that sex selection abortions occur is to look at what is called birth parity, which means birth order. This plot shows the sex ratio as a function of the number of children the mother has.

Here it's clear that something odd is going on with the sex ratios of third pregnancies for foreign born Chinese and Indian women.

So the good news is that native born Americans no matter what their ethnic heritage aren't regularly killing unborn girls because they want boys.

The bad news is that it's equally clear that foreign born women are killing their daughters because they want a son.

What's investing is that the ultra woke Democrat party fully supports a woman's right to kill her daughter because she wants a son.  Apparently Democrats are all in for patriarchy and misogyny.
