How you can tell that Democrat politicians don't care about children

In order to distract from the NK summit, the IG report, and the booming economy the Democrat Media complex has been ranting about the horror of separating children from their criminal parents at the border.

First note that when American citizens are arrested for a crime they are separated from their children and the Democrats have never complained about that.  So the outrage by the Dem/Media complex is either because they love foreigners more than Americans or because they think they can use the issue to win the upcoming election.

Second these separations have been going on since the Clinton era and Democrats and the Media said nothing.  Obama separated tens of thousands of children and the Dems and the Media were completely chill with it.  Hence it's clear that they don't really care about the children being separated or they are more concerned about maintaining power and so they didn't raise the issue while Obama was President since it might have reduced their political power.

Third Trump and the Republicans have offered to work with the Democrats to fix this one problem yet the Democrats refuse to do so. Clearly they think that it's more important for the Democrats to have an issue that might help them win the upcoming elections than it is to actually help the children.

All roads lead to the same conclusion; Democrats and the Media are simply using these children to further their own quest for more power.  Neither group actually gives a darn about the kids.

The bad news for the Democrat politicians is that a noticeable fraction of people who vote Democrat actually do care about the kids and if they find out that the Democrat politicians are actually callously using the children, despite the lies being pushed by the #FakeNews media,  they may decide to either not vote or vote Republican.
