Had Hillary been elected she would have probably nominated a judge who believed that the Constitution was a living document that could be interpreted in any way that supported the leftist agenda.
Which means that instead of ruling that the government can't force pro-life pregnancy centers to advocate for abortion we'd be living in land where the 1st Amendment only applies to leftists.
Every "win" by the leftists on social issues has been forced by the activist judges in the Supreme Court. From legalizing the most obscene pornography, to abortion, to gay marriage the people have never elected representatives who would advance the leftist agenda. Instead the Supreme Court has imposed these things on the people.
That's why the most important thing about a President these days is not what they do but who they pick for the Supreme Court.
