Gov. Cuomo is a tyrant at heart

Cuomo has said that he's trying to drive the NRA out of business using the power of government.

What's more tyrannical than that?

Can you imagine if say Gov. Walker in Wisconsin said he was going to use the power of government to drive Black Lives Matter or even Antifa out of business?

Clearly Cuomo believes he's a ruler not a public servant and that power derives not from the people but from the elites who run our government.

He also can't stand the First Amendment. He apparently feels that he has the right to squash all speech he doesn't like.

Every election is becoming a Flight 93 election because the choice isn't between two sets of people who believe in the Constitution but between one group that does and the Democrats who are fascists and who only believe that elections count when they win.

With their enthusiasm about unelected judges making up new laws and their belief that the First Amendment only applies to them many Democrat politicians are an existential threat to American freedom.

The lies of the left are starting to fail; Blacks, union workers warming to Trump

The left is getting desperate.

The economy is soaring, Blacks aren't being shot by cops in record numbers--only by other Blacks in Democrat run cities, Trump's tariffs have brought the EU to the negotiating table and not trashed the economy, and women aren't dying because religious institutions don't have to provide them with free birth control.

But the worst news is that Blacks are starting to see that it's the Democrats who are racists not Trump.

Under Obama Black unemployment rates were double that of whites and they had been high for a very long time.  When white unemployment numbers finally, after far too long, returned to semi normal levels in the Obama economy the left was ecstatic; apparently the fact that Black unemployment was still very high didn't matter to the left.

But now under Trump Black unemployment is at historic lows.  That coupled with Black people realizing that the Democrats who run big cities don't give a darn about Black people being shot by the thousands has led to many Black people being woke to the racism of the Democrats.  The fact that Democrats are supporting illegals who drive down wages and steal jobs from Black Americans has helped too.

It's taken time because the left wing media and folks like Jesse Jackson have been telling Blacks for decades that it's Republicans who are racist. Blacks are like everyone else since they will rarely tell a Big Lie they tend to assume that others won't either and hence it's taken time for them to catch on; something that a lot of white voters who think that the Democrats are moderates have yet to do.

But now a poll shows that Trump's approval rating with Blacks is 29%.  That doesn't seem like much but historically a Republican having more than single digit approval in the Black community is amazing.  Without a solid near 100% Black turnout for Democrats their chances of winning elections goes way down.

As icing on the cake union people are suddenly realizing that they lost their jobs due to unfair trade practices during the 8 years of Obama. Since Trump is bringing those manufacturing jobs back, over the protests of the establishment and the rich, union members, and even the highly political union leaders, are taking a new look at Trump.

It's critical that we ensure that Republicans continue to control the House and Senate so that we can deny the Democrats an impeachment circus that will distract everyone from the huge failures of all the Democrats plans.

Democrat politicians hate the Constitution and the rule of law

The Democrat governor of New York, Cuomo, is using the power of the state to try and prevent financial institutions, including insurance companies, from doing business with the "extremist" National Rifle Association.

Given that all the NRA does is support our Second Amendment rights to own guns it's clear that not only does Cuomo hate the First Amendment, because he wants to squash non-criminal speech, but he hates the Second Amendment too.

But this is just one of many cases where Democrat politicians have rejected the Constitution.

Almost all of the modern judicial activism is based on rejecting the clear wording of the Constitution and replacing what the Constitution says with what leftists judges and Democrat politicians want the Constitution to say.

For example:

There is no "right to privacy" in the Constitution but there is a right to life.  Hence the legalizing of abortion for any reason at any point in the pregnancy by the Supreme Court is not based on the Constitution.

The Constitution explicitly says that the President is responsible for foreign affairs but Federal Courts keep ruling that they can tell the President what he can and can't do.

There is no right to redefine marriage in the Constitution and the people who ratified the Constitution condemned active homosexuality so there is no way that the intent of the Constitution is to require the redefinition of marriage.

The phrase "wall of separation between church and state" is nowhere in the Constitution.  In fact when the Constitution was ratified several states had state sponsored religions which no one found to be in conflict with the Constitution. Hence the war on religion waged by the Democrats and supported by leftist judges is not based on the Constitution and in fact goes directly against the clear wording of the First Amendment.

Democrat politicians are perfectly comfortable with rejecting the First Amendment where it pertains to political speech they don't like and to people's right to actually live their faiths.

Without rejecting the Constitution as it is actually written the entire Democrat agenda for America would be impossible.

Democrat politicians also reject the rule of law; they want a nation of men where the importance of the person determines which laws apply to them not a nation of laws where all men are subject to the same rules.

For example:

Obama said he didn't have the authority to implement DACA on his own and then he did so anyway.

Obama refused to enforce laws that he didn't like; such as the Defense of Marriage Act.

Democrat politicians in California refused to defend Prop 8 which was passed by a large majority of Californians.

Democrats told Trump to stop enforcing immigration laws that they didn't like but they refused to work with Trump to change the laws via the Democratic process.

Democrats are perfectly comfortable with ignoring immigration laws.

It's becoming clearer and clearer that the Democrat leadership, as opposed to Democrat voters, are fascists who don't object to using violence and the full power of the government to silence those who disagree with them.  They are completely comfortable with 5 unelected judges making law up out of thin air so long as the laws favor the Democrats.

Modern Democrat politicians are just as much of a threat to freedom in America as Hitler and his Brown Shirts, modern day name antifa, were in Germany.  Which isn't surprising in that Hitler was a socialist who believe in the government controlling the economy just like the latest bunch of Democrat politicians.

While it's true that Democrat politicians don't support genocide against Jews they have no problem supporting what Jesse Jackson called genocide against Blacks; abortion.

No longer do Democrat politicians say that abortion should be safe and rare now they're saying that it's a good thing even in cases where the mother kills her unborn daughter because she wants a son.

Modern Democrat politicians reject democracy and embrace totalitarianism where there is no aspect of our lives, from how much soda we drink to whether or not we can use straws, that they can control.

We need to stop them now otherwise our children won't live in a free America.

When racism is ok NYT edition.

The NYT has just hired a new editorial person who has a history of making vicious anti-white racist comments.

She says, and the NYT accepts this, that she was just imitating some racists who trolled her because she's Asian.

The sad commentary on our times is that if she'd written exactly the same things about gays, the transgendered, Muslims, or Blacks she'd have been fired by the NYT before she could blink.

But because she was making racist comments about whites it's ok since she said she's sorry.

I'm all for forgiving people who make mistakes. But I'm also all for the same set of rules for everyone no matter what their political positions are.

But the NYT appears to have a double standard because when Roseanne Barr made one racist joke and then apologized the NYT was all for her being fired. Interestingly in an editorial condemning those who objected to Barr being shown the door for one apologized for mistake the NYT said that Trump's policies are racist, a lie, and that he called some immigrants animals, which was really a lie since it was about illegals not legal immigrants and it was about MS-13 members neither of which the NYT felt obligated to mention.

So we now know that the NYT is comfortable with racism directed at white people.

Keep that in mind when you read anything that comes from the NYT in the future.

Acosta doesn't get it; misleading the people with #FakeNews makes the left wing press the enemy of the people

Jim Acosta boy reporter for CNN, the network that's allergic to the truth, is upset that people in the Administration don't like the press. He tweeted:

I walked out of the end of that briefing because I am totally saddened by what just happened. Sarah Sanders was repeatedly given a chance to say the press is not the enemy and she wouldn't do it. Shameful.

Given that Jim and his homies have been attacking Trump non-stop since he was nominated it seems odd that Acosta is so lacking in reasoning skills that he wouldn't realize that attacking someone constantly, especially when you're wrong most of the time, does not engender friendship.

To see how clueless Acosta is he went also said the following:

They believe in their heart of hearts that the journalists who cover this White House, the journalists who work in this city, who were just trying a few moments ago to hold some of these officials accountable about attacks on our democracy, that the people here who work at this White House, all the way up to the president, evidently believe that journalists are the enemy of the people. Literally, the enemy of the people.

So in the same breath where he asks how the Trump administration could be bothered by reporters he says that those same reporters are "...just trying a few moments ago to hold some of these officials accountable about attacks on our democracy...".  Is it possible to be this unaware?  If Acosta was talking about Russian hacking sans collusion what does he mean by saying that "journalists" want to hold White House officials accountable about attacks that Russia did on their own? How can he hold Trump administration officials accountable for actions done by Russia when Obama was President? "Journalists" who are saying that Trump's perfectly legal actions are "attacks on our democracy" or that Trump colluded when there is no evidence for that are the enemy of the people because they're telling the people things that aren't true. Remember the WaPo says that "Democracy dies in darkness" so even the WaPo agrees that when "journalists" give the people #FakeNews they're acting as the enemy of our democracy.

Trump has never said all the press is the enemy of the people, he clearly doesn't think Fox or Rush are, he's only said the media that lies to the people is the enemy of the people.

You'd think that would be self evidently true but apparently Acosta either doesn't realize that he's constantly misinforming the people or he thinks when he misinforms America it's for some greater good.

"Journalists" who never said a word when Obama did attack our democracy but who now declare that  any and everything Trump does is an attack on our democracy even though it never is are in fact the enemy of the people.

During the Obama administration Acosta class "journalists" lied either by omission or commission about every dirty action of the Obama administration.  They did everything they could to keep the American people in the dark about what was really going on.

Now during the Trump administration they're doing the same. Trump has turned around the economy and brought about growth that Obama said was impossible. If Obama had done this the Acosta corp would have been asking the Pope to declare Obama to be a saint. But since it's Trump they either ignore it or downplay it.

After over a year of no evidence of collusion other than a Democrat paid for dossier whose author has admitted in court contains not a single verified piece of intelligence the Acosta corp continues to attack Trump and breathlessly declare week in and week out that Trump will be frog marched out of the White House at any minute.

When one week's #FakeNews claim is shown to be bogus they just move on to a new one.  You know how desperate they are when they cite Mueller's looking into Trump's tweets for evidence of some vile deed.

It doesn't matter to us why Acosta and his ilk spread lies because our response is independent of his motivation.

We need to counter his lies to everyone we can by spreading the truth.

But it's also true that whatever Acosta's problem is he's a deeply wounded human being who needs our prayers.  

So the good news is that no matter what's wrong with Acosta our answer is the same; we pray for him and we refute the #FakeNews he is constantly spewing.

Atheism and the First Amendment

The First Amendment is:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Note that it doesn't describe a "wall of separation" between religion and the Federal government only that the Federal government can't establish a specific religion, like the Church of England.

But today militant atheists are trying to establish atheism as an official state religion. Not all atheists are militant and the rest of this post is only about militant atheists not the tolerant atheists who don't mind Christianity showing up in the public square.

Atheism is a religion?  Yes indeed it is.

Atheism is a faith based belief system.  Atheists say that they lack a belief in God.  Lacking a belief in God means that they must believe that God is not necessary to explain anything we see in the world which in turn means that everything we see in the world must be explicable by purely materialistic processes.  Yet we don't know that that is true and science, because it's a process, doesn't tell us what it will or won't be able to explain.

Atheists may be right that God is unnecessary but they can't prove it to be true so they must accept it based on faith.

Atheists must believe that the Bible is wrong but they can't prove that to be true so they accept it based on faith.

According to Prof Hawking we can't have free will if there is no God because if that's the case then all our thoughts are simply brain chemistry which is controlled not by us but by the laws of physics. But atheists can't prove that what we all know goes on in our heads is bogus so they must accept, based on faith not facts, that we don't have free will.

But what about the fact that atheism lacks a god?  Well Buddhism lacks a god but everyone considers it to be a religion.  Essentially a religion is a faith based belief system which makes atheism a religion.

The problem is that atheists have been working hard, and very successfully, to drive all other religions out of the public square while ensuring that their faith is advocated by the government.

According to atheists a valedictorian can't voluntarily mention Jesus but he can mention Nietzsche an atheist paragon.  Similarly a teacher can't talk about Christ but he can talk about Dawkins, an atheist advocate.

Hedonism can be taught in sex ed but Christian morality can't be taught.

The list goes on.

Most people realize that atheists war on religion distorts the First Amendment which was designed to protect religious belief. 

But few people have realized that the atheists are actually going directly against the intent of the First Amendment by creating an officially state sponsored faith based belief system, namely atheism.

It's time to put a stop to this.  Instead of banning the Ten Commandments in Courtrooms while allowing quotes from atheists to be posted let's let local groups decide what faith based symbols are allowed.  In our country where the vast majority of people are Christians the majority of those symbols will be Christian but in parts of the country where other faiths are strong we'll see their symbols which is as it should be. The First Amendment was never intended to be a weapon to drive the faith of the majority out of the public square.

Condemning the #FakeNews media is a good thing

A key purpose of the press is to provide the people with the truth so that the people can decide what policies they, the people, want the government to implement.

If the press lies to the people, either by commission or omission, the press is evil and should be condemned.

Trump and his supporters don't condemn the entire media only those sources which are nothing more than propagandists, read liars, for the Democrat party.

CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, WaPo, and NYT all are clearly biased in their coverage and all are working hard to deny the voters the truth.  Under Trump they tend to lie by commission while under Obama they lied by omission.

But lying is their bread and butter because the left wing causes they support are bad for America so they must suppress the truth and manufacture lies to convince the people that those causes help America.

To be silent in the face of such blatant evil is morally wrong.

Yet some "conservative" voices continually complain about Trump's "War on the media".

Trump's "war" consists of tweets and public comments. Trump has done nothing to restrict press freedom and his administration has been far more open than Obama's.

If words make a war then why haven't the media been decrying the war of words waged by the left on Fox News?  If Trump's declaring that CNN is #FakeNews is evil why isn't the entire left wing talking machine saying that Fox isn't real news evil?

To date there have been no physical attacks on people in the media from those on the right.  But there have been many physical attacks on conservatives from the left based on the wild lies told by the left wing media.

If Trump or conservatives were calling for violence against lying reporters that would be wrong but they haven't done that.

Essentially what the left, and the "conservatives" who love them, are saying is that we can't criticize a biased and bigoted lying press because that might put the liars at risk.

The obvious answer is that if the liars started telling the truth and became unbiased journalists then there would be no need to criticize them.

But the left wing lying media, not all the media once again, want to be able to lie to the American people without being criticized because they know that they're better than us and that we need to be lied to in order for the "greater good", i.e. what the left wing elites want, to be enacted.

Ignore anyone who says that it's bad for the country for Trump to point out that vast swaths of the media are no longer journalists but propagandists for left wing tyranny.

It's time to speak truth to power and demand that the left wing media stop lying to us.
