Flake calls for the impeachment of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Flake has said that he doesn't think that partisanship belongs on the Supreme Court. Given that Kavanaugh wasn't partisan, he just responded to lies that Democrats were telling, Flake must be referring to the Notorious RBG who said this about Trump:

"He is a faker," she said of the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, going point by point, as if presenting a legal brief. "He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. ... How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."

Call me crazy but that sure sounds partisan to me.

Even Chris Cillizza says that Ginsburg is highly partisan.  Here's the headline of an article he wrote:

He cites quotes from Ginsburg like this one:

"I can't imagine what this place would be -- I can't imagine what the country would be -- with Donald Trump as our president," Ginsburg told The New York Times in a July 2016 interview in her Supreme Court chambers.

Note that Ginsburg made her comment before the election and hence was effectively campaigning for Hillary; can't get much more partisan than that.


But sadly I don't think that either Flake or the Democrats really object to partisanship on the Court; they only object to honesty on the Court.

Democrats now demand that men refuse to defend themselves

The Democrats are saying that because an innocent man dared to defend himself he's unfit to be on the Supreme Court.  Because Kavanaugh was tired of being lied about by morally deficient people like Booker, who admits to assaulting a woman, he, like a real man, stood his ground and defended himself.  But to Democrat politicians and #FakeNews journalists that's evil.

By that reasoning any Supreme Court candidate who is male and who is accused by any woman must immediately refuse to defend himself and instead exile himself to fly over country.

This is in keeping with Democrats increasingly fascist nature.  Not only do they hate the 1st and 2nd amendments they don't believe in innocent until proven guilty or the right of people to defend themselves.

Of course they had no problem with Bill Clinton or Teddy Kennedy defending themselves when there was overwhelming evidence they were guilty so what they're really saying is that anyone they don't like is guilty and cannot be proven innocent.

When you think about who to vote for in November remember that the Republicans are searching for the truth while the Democrats made up their mind before Trump even made a selection.

Democrats lie about Kavanaugh and then say that because that bothers him he's unfit to serve

It's obvious by now that all of the accusations against Kavanaugh for sexual assault are bogus.

We know the Democrats agree because they held releasing these claims until after the hearings.

Can you imagine the impact if the first words out of the first Democrat senators mouth during the original hearings were "You've been accused of an attempted rape when you were in high school. Did you do that?"?  It would have totally changed the nature of the hearings. Kavanaugh would have been stunned since he never did such a thing and would have no idea what the accusations were.

The only reason for the Democrats not doing that is that they knew Ford's claims wouldn't hold up to scrutiny; and of course that's proven to be the case.  Because they knew the charges wouldn't hold up they delayed releasing them in order to delay Kavanaugh's confirmation.

We have Democrat's accusing Kavanaugh of being a child molester for heaven's sake but the Democrats are declaring that because Kavanaugh is defending himself with vigor against lies he's unfit to be on the Supreme Court.

Oddly when Bill Clinton vigorously lied about his sexual crimes and was proven to be a liar by physical evidence the same Democrats told us it didn't matter.

Real Americans would want someone who is falsely accused to be both emotional and aggressive in defending his honor.  The problem with Democrat politicians is that they have been excusing and covering up the #MeToo crimes of Democrats for so long and so often that they just assume that everyone must be as guilty as they are. Also leftists really don't hold much concern about honor; to them it's about getting power. That's why they'll lie and cheat in order to get power.

Harry Reid, who was the Democrat head of the Senate, proudly declared that he'd lied about Romney not paying taxes.  He said it was a good thing to do since Romney lost.  That in a nutshell tells you all you need to know about what Democrat politicians think about truth and honor.

Remember Booker, Spartacus, has admitted to sexually assaulting a woman by groping her after she said no.  Democrat Senator Blumenthal has been caught lying about his military record, two Democrat Senators have assaulted their wives yet according to the Democrats all of those things don't matter.

The truth is simple; the entire Democrat leftist edifice depends on an activist Supreme Court that will legislate from the bench and Kavanaugh will end that, that's why the Democrats will lie in order to stop him.

Tell your friends, tell your enemies, Ford is a liar

Because the media isn't interested in reporting the facts but rather in providing propaganda for the Democrat party a lot of Americans don't realize just how often and how obviously Christine Blasey Ford has lied.

One of the most obvious ones is that she said that she is afraid to fly even though she knew that her extensive flying record, to places like Tahiti, was a matter of public record.  People who are willing to lie when they know their lie is obvious are extreme liars who have zero credibility.

The prosecutor who questioned Ford, who is very familiar with rape cases,  has produced a long list of examples where Ford has changed her story in order to deflect questions and prevent Kavanaugh from producing an alibi.  Further the prosecutor shows how the actions of Ford's Democrat allies drove some of the changes in her story.

Another glaring lie being told by Ford is when the alleged assault occurred.  In her therapist's notes she said late 1980s which is consistent with her claim that the assault impacted her grades in college. However now in order to be able to attack Kavanaugh she's moved the assault to the early 80s. That creates a problem because if she was assaulted when she was 15 it would be her high school grades that were most impacted but she has made no mention of that.  Further on the statement she was polygraphed on she changed "early 80s" to 80s which means that even with the uber friendly polygraph she took, the person who administered it has admitted that he assumed she was telling the truth before he started, she was not tested on the claim that the attack occurred in 1982.  It's likely she's lying because of the constantly changing nature of her story and that the changes always occur in a manner to bolster her claim in unverifiable ways.

Ford also claims she doesn't know how she left the party.  Essentially she's saying she has no recollection of any event leading up to the party, perfect memory for the alleged attack with the exception of where and when it occurred, perfect memory what she did after the alleged attack right up until she stepped out the front door, and no memory of what happened after she stepped out the front door.

Her testimony can be condensed to: "I don't know when or where it happened, I don't know how I got there or how I left, I keep changing my mind about who was at the party, but I am 100% sure that it was Kavanaugh who tried to rape me".

The reality is that we simply can't trust the testimony of someone who is so willing to lie even knowing that she her lie will be exposed no matter how sincere she may sound.  People can learn how to sound sincere, it's called acting, but the facts are the facts and the facts show that Ford's story is highly fluid and perfectly designed to be unable to corroborate.

Democrats aren't really for prohibition

With the sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh falling apart Democrats are pivoting to a new set of lies; that Kavanaugh drank too much in high school to be on the Supreme Court.

Yes that's right the party of Teddy Kennedy is saying that a man who supposedly drank too much in high school, but who doesn't drink too much now, is unfit for a role of public trust.

Even better Beto O'Rourke, a 100% Irish man who is culturally appropriating his fake name of Beto, who was convicted of drunk driving which almost killed people and who tried to flee the scene of the accident he caused, is endorsed by the same Democrats who are condemning Kavanaugh for drinking in high school for Senate.

It's as though Democrats were competing with themselves for the best example of hypocrisy so they could be included in the dictionary definition of the word.

Amazingly Beto boy may not be the best example of Democrat hypocrisy.  Keith Ellison has been accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend. The Democrats hired a Democrat connected lawyer to "investigate". She found that without a video the woman's charge was unsubstantiated.  Which is kinda odd given that her colleges in DC are declaring that Ford's accusations against Kavanaugh from 36 years ago are credible even though every witness she cites contradicts her.

More proof the left is racist

I never thought I'd be extolling Kanye West but the simple truth is that unlike all the people who claim to be "speaking truth to power" but aren't he is.

Whether he's right or wrong, and of course I think he's right, we should admire him for saying things that cause all of the entertainment industry to hate him.  While he's not putting his life on the line, like the Chinese democracy protesters who were murdered by the Chinese government in Tiananmen Square, he is putting his career on the line for something he believes in.

Hence you'd think that the left would at least be commending him for his courage while disagreeing, politely, with his message.

But that's not what's happening. Like all the Blacks before him who have dared to disagree with the rich white folk running the left these days he's being viciously attacked.

Essentially when the left goes low about Blacks who aren't on the left's new plantation-- brave folk like Candice Owens, Judge Thomas, Ben Carson, etc--they show the racism that's at the heart of the Left.

This is no surprise to those who think about it.  The Left has run Chicago for decades and for years thousands of Blacks are shot in Chicago each year. Yet nothing is done.  If thousands of whites were being shot in Chicago each year we know that it wouldn't be tolerated. But because the left is racist to its core they don't care.

Similarly inner city Blacks can't get a decent education because the public schools are horrible.  Yet when non-racists suggest that we introduce competition--after all we know that private schools, including Catholic ones, have a much better track record than the public schools--the left says that that is racist; that's right the left says trying to improve education for Blacks is racist.

So leftists who hate Trump but aren't racists would treat Kanye just like they would any other Trump supporter. But leftists who are racists  say that Kanye can't support Trump because Blacks aren't allowed to support Trump.  That a Black who supports Trump isn't really Black.

Yep that's racism; rich white leftists telling us which Blacks are really Black.

Ford; feelings and facts

After Ford's testimony a lot of people are saying that she's credible.

Credible means: able to be believed; convincing.

The #FakeNews media, and even some conservatives, are saying that Ford's testimony was credible because she seemed sincere; that's an evaluation based on feelings.

But when we examine Ford's story we find it's incredible; that's an evaluation based on facts.

The whole "she seemed sincere" meme is based on the idea that the acting profession doesn't exist.  That people can't act differently than they feel.

One time at a funeral for one of his cabinet members who had died in a plane crash Bill Clinton was caught laughing his head off with two of his friends.  But the instant Bill spotted the camera he became somber.

To say that after a month of coaching Ford couldn't sound "credible" is itself incredible.

We all know that there are people who can lie to us and we can't detect it. We also know that all decent people's first response to a woman's claim of being assaulted is to believe her simply because we all feel sorry for someone who has suffered something horrible.

We feel that way, in great part, because none of us would lie about something so traumatic.  As Hitler pointed out people will believe a big lie because the vast majority of people would never tell a big lie hence they tend to think that other people won't tell a big lie either.

The problem is that Ford is on record as intentionally and willingly lying to us and to Congress. She said that she couldn't testify sooner because she's afraid of flying.  Yet in fact she's a jet setter who flies often.  A fact that she knew would be discovered quickly

So we know that Ford is willing to lie to further her agenda even when she knows that people will quickly find out she's lying.

While it's true that everyone lies, at least occasionally, very few people are willing to lie when they know that people will quickly discover that they're lying.  We feel comfortable with getting away with a lie but uncomfortable with being caught telling one.

But Ford is exceptional; she doesn't feel uncomfortable being caught lying.  That tells us a lot about her willingness to lie. That's why the fact that she sounded "credible" says nothing about whether or not her story is credible.

There are a number of reasons to say that her story is incredible; here are a few:

1) Everyone who knew or knows Brett Kavanaugh say that he would never do what Ford said he did. Obama is a very evil fascist but if Ford accused him we'd all doubt it simply because assaulting women isn't in his wheelhouse.  On the other hand if Ford accused Bill Clinton or Teddy Kennedy we'd believe her in a heartbeat because both of those Democrat icons have a proven track record of assaulting women.  It's literally incredible to accuse a man like Obama or Kavanaugh of assaulting a woman.

2) Everyone Ford said would confirm her story in fact denies it.  This was never he said she said but they said she said.  While one might argue that Kavanaugh has a reason to lie Judge doesn't really and PJ and Keyser definitely don't.  In fact it's clear that Keyser would love to help her friend Ford but she's not willing to lie under oath to do so.

3)During Ford's testimony she significantly changed her story to make it harder for Kavanaugh to produce an alibi.

4) She told her therapist that there were 4 boys who attacked her.  She didn't mention Kavanaugh's name and she didn't mention there was a girl at the party.  Now she says one boy attacked her while another watched and that there was a girl, a good friend of hers, at the party.  Further she is refusing to let the Committee see those notes even though she shared them with the Washington Post.

5) She originally said that the attack occurred in the mid 80s which would have meant that Kavanaugh was in college.  But years later when she ambushed Kavanaugh she changed that to the early 80s.  The story she was polygraphed about had early 80s changed to 80s which could mean she failed the friendly polygraph on her first try or that she changed what she was polygraphed about in advance because she was afraid she'd fail because she knew she was lying about the "early" 80s.

6) She is a professional psychologist who would have been psychoanalyzed as part of her education/training.  Yet she claims that even though she had been traumatized for decades because of Kavanaugh she didn't bring up the events she is now claiming occurred to any of her own therapists until 30 years after the event.

This list could go on for a very long time, check out this article and this article, but this is enough to demonstrate that  if one pretends there is no such thing as acting and one goes with one's feelings Ford is credible. But if we use our minds and look at the facts her story is incredible.

But ignoring reason and relying on emotion is the primary tactic the Left has used to sell it's horrible policies to the country. Hence we have every reason to believe that a woman of the Left, Ford, has used that technique to try and destroy a good and honest man who will not legislate leftist demands from the bench.
