Schiff's grand inquisition: Telling witnesses to refuse to answer Republican questions

When Vindman was testifying to Congress Republicans wanted to know if he'd shared information with the infamous "whistleblower" and if he'd ever worked against President Trump's foreign policy.

Chief Inquisitor Schiff prevented Vindman from answering those questions.
